Well it's homoerotic on it's own, but I think there's obviously more to it, because Joe knew what Hopkins was about to do, and he knew Hopkins would probably get away with it, so he put his arm up in the air to indicate "Hey everyone look at this" and get a little justice out of the situation before Hopkins could have his little rest, with this in mind I think it's pretty funny, as I really dont think he was trying to entertain the crowd, he "fucked him" in the heat of frustration.
