What are everyone’s thoughts on this?? I personally feel that yes they would. Leaning towards Bud to win but I think it’s gonna be very close.
Yes. Clearly so IMO. Crawford is already the best fighter in the world. A win over Spence would prove it.
Both fighters have been built up as one of the best and I think a win over the other would no doubt put either of them as the #1 fighter P4P IMO.
If not for Floyd making him look ridiculous ….everyone would agree that Canelo is the best fighter of the last decade
If I'm remembering right, I had both GGG fights a draw, the Jacobs fight a draw, the Lara fight 115-113 to Lara and the Trout fight 116-111 Canelo. He'd still be below Usyk IMO, even if he never lost to Mayweather.
The fight with Trout was close, I thought. I could see an argument either way there. The knockdown for Canelo might edge it. I thought Lara clearly beat him.
trout was forced into fighting more recklessly which lead to him getting dropped because of the open scoring.
After saturday do you pick errol to beat Boots? I wasn't as Impressed because he got hurt by a basic fighter with only 12kos but Errol showed heart and got the stoppage. He was relentless and that was a side of him didn't know existed.
Im a fan of Boots and I think he has potential to be not just a champion but a pound 4 pounder. That said, I need to see a bit more before I’m ready to pick him over Spence and Crawford. Errol is a legit BUZZSAW and he would take Boots into the type of dog fight he hasn’t been in yet, and Crawford simply has too many tricks up his sleeve as of now. But that could change in a year.
Moreso. He faced legit challenge and walked through it ‘carelessly’. He got hurt because he was goofing around looking for his mouthpiece instead of protecting himself. Its fair to say he learned a valuable lesson there.. but the fact his response to that was dialing it up like 3 notches (and he was already fighting with a degree of intensity) to win a brutal mercy stoppage was all the more impressive.
You'd think that Crawford will do it with his foot pace and accuracy, but Spence will spice it up no doubt by diggin in.
