Both at thier respective bests. Would Curry's speed and skill be too much for Nando, or could Nando impose his strenth and pull an upset? I vote the former. Curry was too quick, and had a helluva counter hook... and we all know Vargas never met a left hook he could avoid. I say Curry stops him within 10.

Possibly..or Curry by decision. I lean towards a KO too...but we must remember that a pre-Tito Vargas was a more durable fighter.

Even pre-Tito Vargas gets stopped IMO. Curry didnt have quite the power of Tito, but he was alot faster then Tito, and Curry at his best was as ACCURATE as any fighter in history.

BTW - I'm glad Max referenced Donald Curry last night during the B.A.D telecast.

Curry for sure. Too fast, too powerful, and too accurate.

I think Curry takes him out in 10. He'd hit him with more punches than Trinidad was able to do so.

Curry by a lot. It could be a TKO or a lopsided decision, but it's Curry's fight. Vargas would be game and would win a round here and there, but not enough to be close to winning.

Pre Honeyghan-McCallum, Donald Curry destroys Vargas with tight defense and sharp counter punching.

Post Honeyghan-McCallum, Donald Curry struggles to find his timing, is hit way too often and wilts down the stretch. He might possibly get stopped by Vargas.

A prime Vargas actually had quite some speed, not the fastest but far from slow.

Curry just way too skilled... Trplsc nailed it with the pre-honey/mcallum description... that was Donald at his best
