    ...at 140lbs. I haven't seen this one before, I don't think --- on any boards. I imagine 147 would just be too far in Benitez's favour, but how do you think he & Chavez do in a fifteen-round dance at Jr. Welter?

    The distance would suit Chavez, who'd need more time than twelve permits, IMO. Benitez has a clear edge in speed, as well as a handy stylistic advantage. Chavez has the greater legacy, & deservedly so, but I do think he's somewhat over-rated, while Benitez is quite under-rated.

    Who do you go for, in another chapter for the Mexican-Puerto Rican turf war?

    Benitez would likely have enough rounds banked before Chavez could get the timing down and maintain an assault. Probably too little to late.

    I like Benitez on points. (although it should go without saying he'd have to be in top notch condition to achieve it)
