I don't have one but for some reason , I just can't get into them. I just find running on the tread mill to be much better for me. Though everyone I know seems to like the elliptical machine.
Man.. I love running, but I have always had Shin Splint issues.. the treadmill was a lil better but this new Ellipitical is fricking AWESOME!! if you get the cheap one's they blow.. but the quality one's are SOOO nice! I'm gonna get pretty lean again using this baby! 7 days a week baby!!!
I use the rowing machine. Ever tried it LOK? Do that as hard as you can for as long as you can on the toughest setting and you'll feel like dying.:: I started doing it and damn it was amazing. I was racing 2 other guys on the same machine, we just went at it. Trying to see who could reach 1000 first. Made it a lot more fun.:clap:
I used them quite a bit when I worked in the gym, for some reason no one really used them so they were always open, but you are right, they are awesome
around 3k but man.. it is so nice! I have used a cheap one before and it's just not the same.. this thing is real quiet and smooth!
