How many times are they going to beat up Dulorme. Ennis should've found a real opponent.

I admit, it's a big step down from Lipinets. I don't even wanna watch it it's so gross a mismatch.

Dulorme got destroyed by a journeyman level guy like Abregu, like what 10 years ago??

However, in Boots' defense, Porter, Spence, Bud, and Thurman want nothing to do with Ennis.

Boots vs Kavaliauskas would've been cool. Or Avanesyan.

Yeah, Ugas vs Stan is a pretty good match-up. Shame it means Spence isn't fighting Ugas.

Anyone else watching Garcia this weekend?

No. I have zero interest whatsoever. I wanted Mikey vs Regis. I don't even know the guy he's fighting.

I'll probably just be watching old fights for a few weeks, until Canelo-Plant.

    Doub's Just Being DIFFICULT...

He's Watched and Posted About Boxing MORE Than Looooooooong Enough to Realize Boots DOESN'T Bring a Title to the Table, ISN'T a "Money" Fight @ This Juncture, Yet Almost Universally Regarded as THE Most Talented '47 Pounder on the Planet...

Doub Already Knows MEANINGFUL Opponents Aren't in a Rush to Face Fighter's of Those Circumstances, He Just Wants to Bitch for Whatever Reason...

i'm capable of staying in my lane as a consumer of boxing shows. therefore, when a shit fight is announced on a premium channel, i'm clear eyed enough to recognize it is a screw and a disappointment, regardless of any business considerations. i mean, if i buy a new car and it turns out to be a piece of shit, i'm sure there are many reasons for it. but it's still a piece of shit! should i not complain because the auto company can't make a profit unless it cuts corners?

Boots is going to be avoided for a long time. He’s too dangerous and doesn’t have enough reward to his name.

I like Ennis a lot. Who do you guys see as his breakout fight? I.e. somebody respected to some degree with a decent enough profile that could make some waves? Also I guess someone who would be willing to take Ennis on, regardless of the risk/reward ratio?

if he gets with haymon he should be able to get some fights. if not, he'll need to position himself as a mandatory and get a belt

Your "New Car" Analogy is More Applicable to Tank-Rolly...

Tank's Won Portions of Titles in Various Divisions, Headlined Many Showtime Telecasts, Was Featured on the Undercards of Showtime PPV's and is Now About to Headline the 3rd Consecutive Showtime PPV Of His Own...

In the Case of Tank-Rolly, You Went to NEW Car Lot and Was Sold a LEMON...By Comparison, Boots-Dulorme is Being "Sold" @ a USED Car Lot...Nothing Worth BRAGGING On, But You're Not OVERPAYING For It Either...

Watch/Drive it for What it's Worth, Then On to the Next One...

Considering Haymon's Death Grip on the Belts from '47-'54, Boots would Be a Fool NOT to Sign w/PBC...

So im guessing this now sets up an Ennis vs Butaev matchup?

Butaev is a very solid fighter, but Boots is gonna fuck him up.

Boots has that unique combination of speed and power. Like Neil said, if he has a chin, the division could be in trouble.

Not the BIGGEST Bangers, But Lipinets and Dulorme BOTH Caught Boots w/Flush, Looping Shots...And Boots Didn't Flinch or Show the Slightest NEGATIVE Reaction in Either Case...

Still Tooooo Early to DEFINITIVELY Rate Boots' Punch Resistance (1 Way or the Other), But He HAS Passed the Handful of Chin Checks He's Received Thus Faaaaaar, w/Flying Colors...

That Seems to Be the Case...

Showtime Said Boots and Jamal James were on a "Crash Course" at the Beginning of the Telecast and James Said he was "Down" to Give Boots an Opportunity During Fight Week...

Boots vs Butaev Seems the LOGICAL Next Step...Butaev's Aggressive Style Makes for an Entertaining (& Brief) Bout...

TBF, Lipnets is a big puncher. I seem to remember Mikey and Algeri (maybe?) said Lipnets hits harder than Spence.

Even if he gets hurt he has the skills to stay away from a guy and win. Love that he looks to take every opponent out anyway and may take a few here and there in the process
