I think you made up this "exercise" only because you wanted to have an excuse to film your ass and post it for everybody to see.
it really works you! suprising how much you feel this in your whole core i'm working on modifying one of my ab wheels so i can put my feet in it easier for outside runs
i'm actually an alligator so this is just "walking" for me, but yeah, it's good for the core, improves one's death roll.
