ki';m thinkin pacquiooao gets out-boxed for 9 rounds, and then goes homicidal - JMM out on a stretcher a nd no cheer or laughter over the stances....

Reason? Pacquiao gotten better, while Marquez has stayed the same except his reflexes are not what they used to be,he's been getting hit alot lately and what stands out the most for me is the amount of times he was getting tagged and then getting floored with a right hand by a shot Barrera.

This is Manny's LAST BIT of Unfinished Business...After this Bout, he can Move Up to Lightweight or Do Whatever the Hell Else he Wishes...

But JM Marquez is a Guy Manny WANTS to Beat...Manny's BETTER NOW than he was Back then...Perhaps he's NOT as HUNGRY, but he's a Better Fighter All-Around...Personally, REED DOESN'T Think the Hunger will B a Problem N this Particular Fight...

On the Other Hand, Marquez has SLIPPED a Bit...He's NOT as TIGHT Defensively, a Bit SLOWER, which Makes him EASIER to Hit...He WANTS Manny just as BADLY as Manny Wants him, which will Lead to Marquez Being RECKLESS...

w/Out REopening the Debate about their 1st Fight, a 1-Handed Manny Pac COULD have been Given a KO Win...N the 1st Fucking Round, No Less...Nowadays, Manny WORKS the Body, Uses the Right Hand, etc...

It'll B a SPIRITED Battle, Marquez WILL Have his Moments, but by Round 8, he's Gonna Get STOPPED...

    Manny Pac by TKO-Round 8...

    REED:cool:

p.s. Bout Time U Started Doing your Fucking JOB AGAIN, Illuminatti...LAZY Bastard...

I thought Marquez edged the first fight......this time i don't think he gets knocked down three times.....Pacquaio will have moments, perhaps a knockdown and could more than conceivably knock him out....but i see Marquez's supreme counterpunching taking him to a decision victory

    Marquez UD

Marquez will not be able to avoid that straight left. Jaca doesn't have nearly the same amount of speed and explosiveness as Pac and was tagging him with it throughout their fight. Once Pac has him lookin out for that punch he's gonna start landing that right hook (which Jaca was also able to land repeatedly).

Marquez will have his moments countering, throwing combos and backing Pac up, (Pac looks terrible backing up) which will definitely play a role in the scorecards, but ultimately Pac's clean punching wins him the fight.

My prediction: Pac wins with a SD, breaking Marquez's nose and knocking him down once in the process.

    JMM by UD!

I still think JMM will frustrate Pacquiao and make him look silly at times when he sticks to countering him.

I can't possibly see another situation like that first round :nono:

actually Manny is one of my favorite fighters. I recently received an autographed glove from him and Roach when they did the open workout here in SF

I never disliked Pacquiao I just never overrated him. I still can't pick him over JMM though. :nono:

I pick JMM UD but if Manny can drag him in a brawl, and that's a real possibility, he'll get knocked out.

Marquez is one of my favorites. He has slipped a bit but the man has heart and his skills are timeless.

I don't know if I buy the argument that Pacman has gotten all that better. Barrera didn't try last fight and still had his moments. Pacman has gotten more confidant though and his power will always equalize him compared to other guys. As long as he can step up and throw guys will hit the canvas.

So its Marquez the eligent matador of Mexico City with the seamless skills and heart to match against the man who has dynamite in his fists.

Well Marquez has lost a step and I sure want him to win. I can't kid myself and say losing a step and all that he can still survive Pacquio if the fight becomes a slug fest!

But I can say this... when Marquez figured Pacquio out last time he won a lot of those rounds (the draw was generous) and he made Pacquio look one dimensional. I am going with my heart.... Marquez is an accountant which means he probably still has something in the bank (if he didn't spend it on his Thai boy toy).

    Marquez by decision.

this fight all depends on how hungry Pacquiao is.

If he shows up to fight, he will beat Marquez again. But if he's distracted, or gives lackluster effort, he could lose.

I still think he's a better fighter, and no worse than the 3rd best fighter on the planet.
