Would Floyd be too quick for a prime Nando, or would Nando be too strong?

Nando was always slow. Floyd would potshot him with ease to a LOPSIDED decision win.

I agree here. Nando was just too slow. Maybe he would win a couple rounds by brawling but I see Floyd winning a clear dec.

Nando wasn't always slow. When he was 19-20 he was quick! And had endless stamina. And a killer instinct. And a sturdy chin. At his best, Vargas would beat PBF.

At his BEST Vargas wouldn't have beaten the De La Hoya of last weekend...

Double L would fuck up a cup of coffee. If you gave him a a choice that something was A or B and then you said , it is not A, he'd still pick A.

the one that knocked out his first 18 opponents, including a knock-out of a prime Campas who was favored to beat him by many. beat Winky Wright and Ike Quartey. and went toe to toe with Trinidad for 12 rounds.

he was quick. go back and watch him. and more importantly, he was highly aggressive, and mean. and had a killer instinct.

are you saying Campas hasn't faded? that he didn't used to be better than he is now? or are you saying that a win over him 10 years ago has the same significance as a win over him now?

He was still relatively slow. Felix trinidad proved in their head to head fight, that he had faster hands than vargas...and Tito doesn't have blazing handspeed.

Floyd would potshot him all night long.

If Floyd could beat the taller, more powerful and faster handed De La Hoya...he's not losing to Vargas.

see. taller and more powerful? i disagree. they're roughly the same height. and there's no doubt Vargas is/was stronger than ODH. but actually, none of those things matter as much as stamina and the will to work. nobody had the will of a young Vargas. watch Vargas/Wright. Vargas is the only guy to out-work Winky Wright. he'd swarm PBF and beat him up with short punches. believe me. he'd would not be discouraged by PBF's pot-shots. and he would not let PBF breath.

Between Vargas, Tito and DLH. DLH was far and away the best. He beat both of them. In fact, Vargas was a tougher fight than Tito. Floyd would beat them all. Tito is an even bigger mummy than Oscar de La Zombie. Floyd might not get touched. Floyd is held to a pretty ridiculous standard. He fights like a cunt against all these guys, but wins. Floyd needs to stay at 140-147 AND clean house. Roy never stepped up and beat the real champion. Floyd should only venture to 154-160 if it is for gold.

Double L, I suggest you learn to appreciate Floyd. Your hatred combined with your lack of intelligence is making you look even dumber, something I thought impossible.

How is anyone picking Vargas to win? Fernando at his best had above average handspeed and reflexes I'll give him that, but he was still and always an easy target to hit. I like Mayweather in a good tough fight 7-5. The only reason I gave Vargas 5 rounds is cause of his strength and power. Skills is the deciding factor and Floyd has way to much for El Phony.
