i think Vargas wins. Forrest really has trouble with guys who can back him up. it's why Mayorga beat him, and it's why Quartey gave him so much trouble. if you stand in and plant your feet against Forrest, and not let him back you up, he gets real uncomfortable. and Vargas would certainly do that. plus, Vargas would be at a distance to land his short shots, and Forrest would be throwing his long right hand over Vargas' head all night. Forrest could have some success with his upper-cuts inside, but he'd bail out too quickly and be caught on the way out, repeatedly.
I cant believe you picked against Forrest, but I agree with you. These two used to spar btw, not sure who got the best of it.
