Holyfield would have problems with Fury, but ultimately I think he's too quick and sharp. Fury lacks the firepower and thudding jab that Bowe had. It is a good matchup for Fury though, and one where he could be competitive, though not win. A bad matchup for Fury IMO would be an accurate power puncher with great finishing ability, meaning that I'm talking about Tyson, Foreman, and Lewis.
Holyfield should definitely be favoured over Fury. His feet are too quick, and he's technically better.
I agree. I think it’s a war and it goes the distance, though. But I like Holyfield’s combinations and footwork here. That said,‘I’d give Fury a better shot against Holy than I would against Lewis. Lennox would absolutely annihilate Fury.
Considering how much success old versions of Dokes, Foreman and Holmes had against Holy, I'd give Fury a good shot. He has the ability to use several strategies when needed
