goals for the year

    My personal goals for fitness,strength this year are

    A planche and planche pushups
    one armed Chin
    Close the number 3 COC
    walk the length of a football field on my hands

    You mean you're in a handstand position and you're going to go the length of a football field? That's some bad ass sh*t!!!!:clap: You might wanna tape that and post it.

    i'll tape it for sure.. lol

    right now I can only go like 20 feet. It's not the strengh, i feel plenty strong enough but I have not mastered the balance point yet to stay up.

    well.. my balance is not great at it yet so I fall but if I touch my toes to a wall and put my hands on books so I can go deeper than my head on the floor.. I can do about 30 now..

    funny that I know guys I used to lift in the gym with and they cant do 5 :lol:
