This is the Hanzy appreciation thread. He told us for years that Floyd was a Fraud and ducking real challenges. I didn´t take him serious in the beginning but he proved us right. Floyd is a pussy.

Floyd isn't a pussy he's just a self absorbed man child with a 'why should I?' attitude.

I think this will eventually be just like DLH-Mayweather, with Mayweather in the DLH role after the Mayorga fight...take the rest of the year off and fight next Cinco de Mayo.

Mosley was his first real comeback fight, Marquez was a sparring session.

If Mayweather and Pacquiao aren't fighting next Cinco de Mayo, then obviously, that analogy is way off, but until then...

Nah Floyd is a bitch....."why should I" attitude when it's convenient for him. "Why should i stay around and fight Cotto, Margarito, Clottey or William?, I'm gonna retire take a few months off to rest. I'll be back once these guys have been defeat brutally or moved up in weight"....

OHHH so let give Mayweather another 9-10 months of easy time...why wait till May 5??? Neither one is MEXICAN.....and this fight will SELL at any time...no need for special dates/ holidays, etc....

This fight doesn't need any more hype....it's ready to go at any time...IF anything MAYWEATHER is waiting....hoping Pacquiao gets beat..

Fighters who reach a certain level can call their shots, that's how the sport is...not much complaining about it on a message board is going to do ...but then, I don't see where it's a written rule you have to fight 2-3 times a year...but credit to Pacquiao for staying busy, and taking on some top fighters.

That's true but those fighters are expected to take on their top challenges when the fight is available. Top fighters have routeinly dodged hard fights and dangerous guys when it wasn't worth it, but I can't recall a single one ever doing it while it was also going to be their career highest payday.

The shit is inexcusable and yet you guys still make excuses for Floyd. Some of you guys are such dick riders you'll put Floyd's wants and desires over your own. Even though he won't make the fight y'all don't care, as long as Floyd is happy then so are you. Pathetic.

Well, that was just based on the fact that Arum likes that day...

"It's too late for the fall. So Pacquiao-Mayweather would be something in the spring. Floyd has not signed officially with King, but when he does, I'm sure that Don will talk to me and we'll work it out," said Arum. "My recommendation is that we do the fight in May, in which case, if Pacquiao is successful in November, that will give us six months to promote the fight."

Yeah, we need some extra time to promote this fight. :laugh11:

They've been promoting this fight for 2 fucking years already.

At least Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis had the decency to just avoid each other for 10 years, before finally getting it on a few years too late.
