    Happy Birthday Miguel Cotto!
World champion Miguel Cotto is 27 today. He will celebrate in the gym today, training in Caguas, Puerto Rico where he is sparring and getting set for his 'Fast & Furious' showdown against Sugar Shane Mosley on Nov. 10 at Madison Square Garden. "I always do my best in the ring, which I promise to do against Mosley," Cotto said. "He's a great champion and a fine person. I will fight like a champion. <HR width="50%">"There is something very special about Miguel. He has a relentless style. He has power, intelligence and ring smarts. On November 10 he will fight with all his heart. Happy Birthday, champ," said Bob Arum of Top Rank.

A KO victory over Mosley would be tremendous! It's highly unlikely though.

liken to his PR predecessor (TITO), Cotto won't go past 30 without a loss. He might lose to Mosley, but I'm sure with his kind of style, someone's going to stop him before he turns 30.

If he fights De La Hoya he'll get stopped, IMO.

imo, de la hoya isnt beating any top fighters at this stage let alone stopping any. i think cotto beats him up and makes him quit.

I agree, but isnt that true with just about everyone? I cant think if much fighters still undefeated before they turn 30.:dunno: Including if you fight quality opposition.
