Lora probably wins this in boring one sided fashion. Lujan was a good, smooth defensive operator himself but he didn't have the athletic talents like Lora. He was also struggling against Davila, who Lora easily whipped twice.
Lora is quicker and meaner, he commits more and is better at making guys fight his fight. I'd actually say that I'd be more likely to take Lujan in some match-ups due to his chin and countering skills, but Lora would be too advanced for him IMO. He'd draw the lead, feint and counter until Lujan gets into an uncomfortable rhythm. Lujan had a tendency to shell up as well, and I think the combination of struggling to land plus the sharpness in Lora's shots would dissuade him.
