Ray Hatton has said that Ricky was approached about a DLH fight, and turned it down. They plan to proceed with fighting Paulie next, then providing he wins that, Pacman after that.

So who will Oscar's opponent be? Mora? But Forrest is exercizing an immediate rematch with Mora. And I'd be AMAZED if Oscar finally fought Winky.

I'm betting its gonna be Shane. If not then Shane...Louie Collazo maybe? MAYBE Cintron? Who?

Maybe they can get Judah out of the fight with Clottey. I think a fight with Chavez Jr. will take place in the next couple of years. Baldomir? Bundrage?

I still say it's Mayweather after the negotiating ploy/publicity stunt is done.

Haha! Fuck you Oscar. Retire like the old man you are.

I've always been a fan of Oscar but him fighting now does nothing for the sport, all it does is further line his pockets and I will not contribute anyway so I am glad to see all his plans go up in smoke.

    Isn't a DLH-Mosley fight a big conflict of interest?

Actually for that matter, DLH-Hatton, and DLH-Mayweather 2 are also conflicts of interest as well.

    What a weirdo hatton is.

The only thing I can think of, is Lovesongs didn't offer him much more than he gets for an average opponent? :dunno:

Someone who, it is been conclusively proven, cannot fight at any weight higher than 140, who is one the wane, whose confidence has clearly been badly shaken by his last 'mega-money' venture and someone who sees an easy way to regaining his title while making plenty of cash and, I'd presume, will then call it a day.

hatton would get paid very well to beat the shit out of pacquaio.

mayweather will fight delahoya. if not then you best believe some bullshit rematch clause won't halt mora from taking a delahoya fight if offered. forrests shitty title means nada

After how vunerable Hatton looked against Laz, I wouldnt be a bit surprised if Manny stopped him.

Hatton is doing the smart thing - he will fight Dela but just not now. He will beat paulie first and the check out against Oscar in a huge pay day.

Oscar is all wrong for Hatton and Ricky will be beaten even more convincingly than the Mayweather fight.

    Oscar is just to big.

    DLH would bust up Hatton

I really can't see Hatton fighting Pacman.. I just think Pac is too small

I wanna see DLH whup Hatton, then ROY whup DLH

then Roy fight Hatton at a catch weight of 170 (we know hatton can be 170)

As much as I'd like Pacman to win. He is just too fucking small.

Lest we not forget X he started his career as a flyweight, not just started, but was actually a flyweight for years.

It's incredible what a force he is at 130.

But 130 is his limit I think. I expect him to look pretty crap against Diaz at 135.

That fight would be huge even though both are past it. If Oscar had any kind of success north of 154 it might have been a possibility.

Exactly. Plus, Hatton already made something like $30 million off of the Floyd fight, one where as you indicated (and along with the Collazo fight) was all the proof you need that he has no business at welterweight, never mind any higher, which is where a DLH event would take place.

I have no interest in a Hatton-DLH-Hatton . Floyd-DLH 2 was going to be nothing more than an exercise in exploitation; I don't see DLH-Hatton being any different.

That's Oscar encapsulated, he's lingering around this sport like a vulture and it's truelly insulting, he can seize up every division he chooses to,.. "pick me!" "pick me!" "pick me!"...

Oscar must die, and you have the power to help make that happen, bigshot :nono:.
