Arreola battered Witherspoon in the third round. Knocked him down twice in the third, the last with an overhand right just before the bell. Witherspoon's camp came onto the apron and the fight was ended.

    Officially Arreola by DQ.

    He's a tough guy.

Hopefully he can take Berto into the later rounds.

Nice, Berto has a little Roy Jones in him. Hitting opponents, who are on their knees.

    Collazo's high in the rankings.

That'd be a decent fight for Berto at this point.

Berto better watch himself...if/when Margarito gets pounded by Cotto..he will want to pick up another quick strap..and since Cintron doesn't have one...Berto is the easiest victim..

Harder puncher then Reid. What worries me about Berto is his height. He's fast but he's going to have to take lots of chances against the better fighters in the division.

Berto-Clottey, or Berto-Judah would be good fights, and Berto would have a good chance at beating either.

No way I can see him beating Cotto, Margarita, or Williams though.

Berto-Cintron would be a highly interesting fight. Because of Berto's chin, Kerm would have a good chance of starching Berto.

I guess it's not a surprise Dibella's going to protest the fight, but I think Witherspoon is fortunate the fight was stopped when it was.
