    Indeed

where does he get this shit?

Mayweather could win, but Honeyghan is 10 times better than Gatti

I'm not comparing Honeyghan to Gatti. Why do you always argue that way? Fuck!

Hearns TKO 3 Fred Hutchings at 154lbs.

If they had never fought I could have said "Hearns KO 2 Duran...even easier than Hutchings". And I would be right.

Someone like you would respond, "Duran is 10 times better than Hutchings". You would be right also...but that's irrelevant.

Mayweather beats Honyghan just as easily as he beats Gatti, because of styles, and not because I'm comparing Honeyghan to Gatti.

    Understood?

    Nonsense, utter nonsense

What fighter even remotely like Lloyd Honeyghan has Mayweather even fought?

Let me simplify it for you:

Honeyghan was an agressive wildman, easy to hit, pretty telegraphed punches.

Floyd is an accurate sharp counterpuncher that hardly gets hit.

When too such fighters clash, what is invariably the result?

Honeyghan was also a quick welterweight, a strong welterweight and an active, physical welterweight

You are essentially saying Mayweather could ORTIZ him, which is absurd...

Honeyghan would get ABUSED by Mayweather. ABUSED. Look at what Starling did to him. Like it or not, Floyd is even smarter, more elusive and better than Starling.

Starling was a bigger, stronger guy than Floyd, man... and he was all hooks, something Honeyghan had a terrible time with... Mayweather's a straight right man, like his Uncle... that's a major difference... major

Dude, we'll have to agree to disagree. I see the May-Honey fight as a one-sided slaughter.

*lubes up a fence spike* - Sly's right that Honeyghan's an ideal type of style for Floyd......but the difference in size & class between Gatti & Honeyghan mitigates that far more than Sly's taking into account, IMO. Llyod would be the best welter Floyd's faced (probably even including old Oscar) and he'd make him work, even if it's a style gel that'd make Floyd look a better welterweight than he is and a fight he wins pretty wide, as a result.

Floyd 9-3, or so, on the cards.
