Yesterday I have run 7 km in 41 minutes and 24 seconds which is an average of about 10.3 km/hour (6.44 miles/hour). I think I could have run faster but I was getting stings in my side. It was probably because I ate two hours earlier. I stopped running the mile as fast as possible because it doesn't give me enough excersize.

The other thread is full of errors because I briefly lost connection. I had to start a new thread.

I never run that exact distance but it would definitely be under a half hour

    Today I ran the 6.5 km in 36:30 minutes. Average: 10.7 km/hour.

I wasn't even really tired. The more I lose weight, the better I perform.

That's good. Keep it up, Rainy. On the days you don't jog, you should try speedwalking because the cumulative effect of calories burned will bring your bodyweight down in the long term.
