Top 3 for sure. He had just beaten Arbachakov and he was probably the #1 at the time.

He was probably #1 at the time (I think, think) that Johnson had moved up. Arbachakov losing to him was a big upset.

That's exactly why I said Top 3. I can't remember if Johnson moved up or not. I would've had it:

    1. Too Sharp
    2. Sasakul
    3. Arbachakov

But if Johnson indeed did move up to Super-Fly, then just bump up Sasakul one spot.

If I remember correct, wasn't Arbachakov out for a year or two going into that fight?

I only mention that because, I didn't think of it as an upset more so than a rehabbed champ who never should've returned. The more I think about it, I was less surprised since some suggested Sasakul (or whatever his name was in 1995 - it wasn't that) was robbed in their first fight. I didn't see it, and only based it on magazine reports, but remember not being terribly surprised that he won the rematch.
