Very hard to tell. I'd go with ike, but not with a lot of confidence. I think that he'd pile up enough point with his jab, but he probably gets rocked or maybe floored a few times.
While Crawford hasn't faced anybody as good as Ike I would still give him the edge. His range and ability to switch stances i think would help him disrupt Quartey's ability to firmly establish his jab. Once that's done there's more nuance to the fight which Bud has more of to his game.
