Forrest threw limp ass kicks last night. This is a guy that can snap some fucking hard, fast leg kicks. But last night he was tentative and throwing them soft. Before the fight Griffin was talking about how Silva's mystique was the undoing many good fighters. He even said that Nate Marquardt was much better than he showed against Silva. Funny thing is, when it came down to it, Forrest was as intimidated as anyone I've seen Silva in the octagon with. Amazing.
well, it was a very lackluster card and it was probably the only fight to deliver any real excitement ( penn-Florian was ok but pretty monotomous )
