Toney, and not particularly close. James is not only the bigger man, but I would say the better talent and technician as well. Like I said, Starling is getting overrated.
I think Toney's power (which Nunn lacked) comes into play here. Whereas Nunn resorted to just slapping/arm punching Starling's gloves and forearms, Toney could dig in and put some actual hurt on him.
