I think a prime Fraziers head movement is to much for Tua to connect clean ... Frazier also had super human stamina and would break Tua down round after round ...

Well, that tears it. If Double L picks Tua, it's impossible for him to win. Sure, Frazier was only 205 pounds at his best, but if Tua had actually trained to his best weight, he probably would be around 205. People like to talk about how great Tua was when he was 217, but even then, he was kind of fat, the way Frazier was after 1973. David Tua hasn't been knocked down or out as a pro, but that's because he's a pussy who goes into his shell once he gets hit (see: Lewis, Lennox). Sure, Foreman knocked Frazier out, but if a prime Tua fights George Foreman, and he probably gets disqualified for wrapping his head tightly in his arms and begging Foreman not to go to the body.

Oh, and while we're on bodywork, let's not forget that Tua was soft to the gut. Remember? Chris Byrd hurt Tua with bodyshots. What do you think a prime Frazier would do to him?

    Frazier by knockout.
