Mike wins, but he wouldn't dissect Nap the way Monzon did. He's ultimately too big and strong for Nap though, and his body attack would wear Nap out. McCallum TKO 12.
Like Xplosive said, McCallum wins based on the fact that he's the bigger fighter. Napoles is the more skilled fighter of the two but the size disadvantage would be too much for him. He'll eventually succumb to McCallum's body punches and wouldn't be able to unleash his beautiful combinations without taking some punishment in return.
