Pinango peaked a bit higher than Joe. I can't see him coming in at his best and losing to Victor Rabanales. I'm thinking he's also got a style advantage over Joe as he wouldn't have to go looking for him. Pinango's style is really weird though, the guy was built like a bantamweight Tony Tubbs, and he seemed to never make his mind up between countering and coming forward. And weirdly, when he did come forward, he often let guys go as he didn't want to abandon centre ring.
