Sitting out is better for Masdival .This way his brand stays strong and he can keep making great coin with his side projects like his tequila. He's at his peak right now. Koing the overrated Till the overrated Askren and the overrated Diaz. Nowhere to go but down. This is perfect for him. Lay back and just make noise online and cash in because as good as he's looking i don't believe he's at the elite level.

He is on Youtube at the moment on so many interviewws complaining and the key in all of these is money: ´Pay me what I´m worth´
He´s 12-5 in the last fiev years, cold-KOs Ben Askren, stops Diaz and all of a sudden he´s some kind of heir to McGregor´s throne of earning power in the UFC?
Usman and Adesanya both beat him and I think, deep-down he knows it.

´The Emperor´s New Cloths of UFC´, if you ask me.

doesn't matter if he's 12-5 12-0 5-5 or 0-6 if he brings in the money he should be compensated accordingly. He knows this is as hot as he'll ever be and wants to cash in. All the power to him.

Don't Forget Darren Till Also, Who was Generating a Good Bit of Buzz @ the Time...What'd it Take, 2 Rounds???...

Masvidal had a BIG 2019, Undeniably...And he Ended the Year in a UFC PPV Main Event, Selling Out MSG No Less, Record Live Gate of Nearly $7mil and OVER 900k Buys...And Masvidal was DOMINANT in Victory...

w/Usman, Conor, Covington or Whomever Else on his Radar, Masvidal DESERVES a Pay Increase...Are There 5 MORE Marketable UFC Fighters, Currently???...Are There 3???...Conor and Who Else, for Certain???...

The Clear and Present PROBLEM Here is UFC's Pay Scale and that Lame Ass "Undisclosed Financials" Shit They Continue to Sell...

Literally, UFC is THE ONLY Major American Sports Organization that DOESN'T Disclose their Financials to the Public...NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, Collegiate Sports, You Name It, they ALL Do...So the Fact UFC Doesn't Looks SUSPICIOUS as Fuck...

Dana White has a Reported Net Worth of $500mil and he DOESN'T Even Own UFC...Think About That:duck:...

Meanwhile, his BIGGEST Star (McGregor) had to Take a Fucking BOXING Match Before Dana Started Giving him the Financial RESPECT he Deserved...

Now Jon Jones is (Rightfully) Bitching Because Dana Wants to Pay Him Dominick Reyes Money to Move Up to Heavyweight and Face N'Gannou???!!! :freaked:The FUCK is That About???...Henry Cejudo Wants More and Quite Naturally, Jorge Masvidal Does Too...

All that Said, it Doesn't Mean Dana will Budge...& Until the Fighters Realize their Strength, their Leverage is in NUMBERS, in Boycotting/Holding Out in UNISON, Dana Won't Change...

I was j/k, this fight probably won't happen, I think it's stupid for Usman to take a dangerous fight like that on a week's notice.

    Could Be...

On the Flipside, "Staying in Shape" is Fine and Dandy, but has Masvidal Been in FIGHTING Shape???...Championship Level Fighting Shape???...And if Not, Can he Get There on Short Notice???...

Only Time REED's Ever Rooted for Usman was the Covington Fight (Obviously:Jest:)...Likable Enough Dude, but Pretty Fucking DRY in Terms of Personality, Overall...It's BETTER for the Game if Gamebred Wins and REED HOPES he Wins, but Usman's BEEN Training for a Fight Already...

Kudos to BOTH Men for Taking this Fight...

All Respect in the World to the HEART and COMMITTMENT of Paige VanZant...

& She's Easily 1 of THE Most Beautiful Women to have Ever DARED Step Foot in an Octagon; Pretty Face, Nice Body, Jiggly Tits...Personally, REED Would Only Rate Gina Carano HIGHER in Terms of Overall MMA Looks...

w/That Said, VanZant Just DOESN'T Have it as a Fighter...

She's Like 5-4 in UFC w/3 Stoppage Losses...Take Megan Olivi's Job, Maybe Consider Porn, Whatever, but CEASE and DESIST w/Trying to Be a Fighter FORTHWITH!!!

Despite the Body Shot that Hurt Him, Jose Aldo Definitely ABSORBS Shots Better @ Bantam than he Did in his Last Few Feather Fights...

Which ISN'T Necessarily the Norm When an Older Fighter Moves DOWN Late in his Career...

Close Ass Fight btwn Aldo and Yan After 3...

Yan Dominated Aldo in the 4th...

Jose Needs a KO or 10-8 Round, to Justifiably Win...

Ref HAS to Stop this Shit:Dont:...

Aldo's LEAKING Like a Fucking Faucet and EATING Shots...

Fucking FINALLY!!!...Aldo Had to Have Taken 50+ UNANSWERED Shots @ the End...And Could Do No More than TURTLE and BLEED...Should've Been Stopped 25 Unanswered Blows EARLIER...

Good Win for Yan...Not Sure if He's Going to DOMINATE a Pretty Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Bantamweight Division Though...

My understanding is that Volkanovski beat Holloway pretty handily in the first fight (or at least there doesn't appear to be anybody that feels Holloway got stiffed). So why the rematch? Can someone in the know explain this? I just haven't followed UFC enough to know.

Round 1 of the RE was Better than Any of his Previous 5 Rounds w/Volkanovski...

Volkanovski Won But it was CLOSE and COMPETITIVE Enough to Warrant an Immediate RE...Especially for a Loooongtime, Dominant Champion like Max Holloway...

It's Not as if Volkanovski Kicked Holloway's Ass or Anything...His Striking was just a Bit QUICKER and TIGHTER on the Night...

Thanks. Watching this fight actually helps ‘explain’ why the re happened in the first place. You got the sense both guys were 100% in it throughout the fight and fresh right to the end- just 1 or 2 ‘opponent mistakes’ away from landing a fight changing combo or takedown position- only the mistakes never came or if they did they were quickly corrected to prevent full capitalization... it does beg for yet another match..

The hype around max was a bit silly. Sure hes a good complete competent fighter, but its easy enough to see that he's nothing special. The buzz about him being one of the best ever was embarassing to say the least
