One of the best come forward defensive fighters against one of the quickest and slickest defensive guys. Who wins and why?
More than that. Napoles was better than Curry, but he was an absolutely brilliant technician, who's near impossible to beat, against a fighter of his size or smaller. He just controlled range so well and closed it even better. He had every punch in the book and the accuracy and timing to take full advantage of them. I can't see Floyd doing well here.
I have to go with Napoles who is my pick as the best welter ever. Floyd would have given him a good go of it, particularly early on in the proceedings, but Mantequilla wears him down to a hard fought victory, similar to the Hedgemon Lewis fights.
