I think Vic loses to the cornerstones of this era. Gonzalez, Nietes, Ioka, Eatrada and Rungvisai all beat him IMO. If he was around today, I think he'd been seen on more of a Cuadras/Ancajas level.
I think his style would lead to a great fight, and a stoppage victory for Estrada. Vic was incredibly hittable and extremely aggressive, but he was a southpaw and I think Estrada has a similar problem to Canto with his lead in an open-stance. He just can't get it working like he can do normally. So I think Vic gets some shots in and makes it entertaining. But I think Estrada's counter-punching game and defensive work make this a clear decision should it go the distance, but it wouldn't surprise me if he hammers home enough clean punches to stop Darchinyan.
Prime Gomez vs Darchinyan sounds like a great matchup to me. Follow that up with Julian Jackson vs Darchinyan.
