Hilton was a tremendous front runner who blasted the fuck out of guys who made the mistake of standing in front of him. Ouma would do that, but he'd hang around and pepper Matthew's face and probably turn it purple. Tough fight, but I favour Hilton early....Ouma late and possibly via KO. Matthew's stamina wasn't so hot and he got hit ALOT when he got tired.
Hilton was a huge puncher and a fast starter, Ouma's chin is vunerable in the early rounds. For that reason theres a good chance Hilton might have wacked him out early. But if it goes past 5-6 rounds and Ouma is still standing, Hilton would fade, and then Ouma would probably outwork him to a decision win.
