Does One Time put Campas out in style, or is he in trouble against a guy who though clearly a front runner, could hurt him with shots?
Dunno yet. Thurman has pop but NOT the same type of firepower that Trinidad and JL Lopez had. And although Campas was no great at all, he was a level above guys like Diego Chaves and Soto KarASS.
Yeah I too have the same doubts/suspicions you've spoken of in regards to Thurman's chin as well. Not very sure how he would handle a flush power shot from a guy even Campas level of punching power.
It would probably look a lot like Daniel Santos' fight with Campas. Thurman would get hurt a few times and then run and potshot Campas. Thurman does get hit a bit too much but he seems mentally strong enough to get thru tough spots against a less talented guy.
