Norton was more highly skilled than Smith, who was a hard hitter but not a great knockout puncher, but he could clock you as he did Bruno, Weaver and Witherspoon.

I'd say Ken by knockout here after he is wobbled as he was a very strong guy and a brutal puncher himself.

I like Norton by UD as well... better skills and I think he'd use his weird-looking but effective upward jab well while putting most of his powershots to Smith's body... As Hegman mentioned, Smith could definitely stun Norton at some point, but I think Norton can weather the storm and generally have things his way

Norton by a wide decision. As others have said, Bonecrusher could hit, but he wasn't a Foreman or Shavers by any means.

Norton outboxes and outworks Smith in nearly every round. Smith has some moments where he gets Norton's attention, but Norton recovers and hands Smith more of the same.

Whenever I hear folks mention Smith as a big puncher, I think of him putting Marvis Frazier down, but then being unable to keep him there and ending up being outworked over the distance and losing a decision.
