http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/boxing/17687155 "He's still out there saying he's the champ, but he's not. He's all over the place. Really, I don't know what to make of him" :dunno: Khan probably beats him this time though.
Yup. Khan's people will get in some heinous shill ref who breaks the action & takes it back to long range every time Khan grabs on. He'll win & escapology will land another flailing, water torture point-touch on the nose of the noble art.
Peterson is exactly a multifaceted fighter either. He has a disgusting amateurish slapping style that is young fighters today. I have no interest in this rematch. A fraud versus a never will be.
Peterson has more actual skills than Khan. He can jab and box from the outside, and he can fight effectively on the inside. He damn sure aint no Floyd, but he's LESS one dimensional than Con. HAVING SAID THAT...... with Khan might win the rematch on his physical gifts alone. But make no mistake, Khan is EXTREMELY one dimensional.
I just hope Peterson doesn't get careless. Khan will hold incessantly in this fight, and throw between his grapples. It will be a disgusting display for anyone with real appreciation for boxing. btw, Khan was ko'd brutally by prescott.
Khan is a true example of a guy who has been winning fights by dint of being "bigger" than his opponent. Longer, taller, rangier, call it what you want. He maxes out his physical advantages and to a greater or lesser extent, he has won fights in that fashion. Sometimes he runs furiously, holds, pushes, flurries, pot-shots, you name it. He's pretty much all physique and no real brains. But it has gotten results, and, more importantly, some very serious pay days.
