    These are the people who do things like jump from building to building and scale walls and fences with great agility and speed. Something like this would definitely demonstrate the advantages of bodyweight training.

    I'm not recommending that anyone here try it at all. I would, however, find it entertaining to see it in action. It's kind of like urban gymnastics, using the city as your training tool. I definitely find it very entertaining to watch! :clap: :clap: :clap:

    Those guys are fucking braw I've got so much admiration for them. Theres something almost situationalist about it as well as being athletically awesome. My wee brother has a couple of pals who are into this actually, I wish it'd been around when I was 15, 16.
