Sorry, I don't come into this forum often. Ortiz rambled on and on like an idiot, saying that his friend had been run over by a car and he was trying to save his friend when Murray blindsided him. You could barely understand a word he was writing. That post is probably still on Sherdog. I think his username was Huntington Beach Badboy or something like that. Sherdog went out of its way to make sure everyone knew it was the real Ortiz.
I read it was more like a club fight, where a group of MMA cats were on the way out of a club. One starts jokingly wrestling around w/ another and it was mistaken as an attack. From there, dudes jumped in to have their folks back. Then outside of the club (maybe in the back of it) Tito and Murray end up face to face and square up to fight. Tito takes off his jacket, Murray tags him w/ a couple of shots (not sure if it was while Tito was in the act of taking his jacket off or right after) and Tito falls. Tito says it was because he slipped due to the dress shoes he was wearing. It's been a while since I read about it, so a lot of the details escape me.
