Ok enough of the Floyd threads let's look towards the future Cotto/Judah. I can't wait. Alot of question will be answered for both fighters. :bears:
Questions such as... How bad does Judah suck? How much will Judah run? When will Cotto move to 154? Who cares about this fight?
I love this fight. as well as Margarito/Williams. Hopefully both are great and winners fight early next year.
Judah sucks slightly. Judah isn't Floyd he fights. Never. Me. It's an actual fight. I like it when guys want to hurt eachother.
this will definately be an action packed fight. I think Cotto gets tested early and it could very well end early. I think he might even get droped but will eventually win the fight. I think Judah will bring the best out of him. This fight will not disapoint. :cheer:
absolutely. I think Cotto could definitely have a career defining fight out of this. He needs to show up and deliver.opcorn:
all fight fans do. But others become fans of boxers and get blinded by bias. All sports thrive on good rivalries, when teams or individual truly don't like each other it makes good tv. When boxers want to hurt the other guy it usually makes for a more aggressive fight.
Judah hasn't won a fight in 2 years, and was humiliated by an old, featherfisted, slow, Argentinian scrub, some of you have got to calm down on the premises of 'handspeed' you need a fucking lot more than just 'flashyness' to be a good fighter, hence Judah's inconsistant and underwelming resume. Kostya's apparent immunity to handspeed, badly took away Zab's lone strength and EXPOSED him for the glass chinned spastic, tune-up calibre opponent that he is. I think last years insulting farce of Malignaggi / Cotto,..was a more intruiging fight heading in,...If Judah ranks anywhere, it's amongst the elite OVERRATED list,.. joining such names as Fraud Mayweather, Edison Miranda and Ricky Hatton.
This is what has be worried! The fight can end early! It can go either way. Cotto is training very hard for this fight unlike his last fight where he looked slow. Cotto better be ready. This fight will give us some idea how he would have faired up against Floyd because of Judah's speed.
Yes, but is that a good thing? IMO, that would only put him on about the same tier as Carlos Baldomir.
As for the breakdown of this fight, it's very simple IMO. Judah is fast and flashy, with decent power, but he's also a quitter. Judah stands a good shot at landing on Cotto's glass chin in the 1st or 2nd round and scoring a quick knockout, but as soon as Judah tastes Cotto's power he'll crumble. Personally, I'd favor Cotto to get through the early rounds, simply because everyone knows that's Judah's best shot of winning and he'll be ready for it, a la Lewis against Tyson.
forget about this crap. When is Baldomir gonna face Margerito? or Mosley? Or Mosley face Margarito? Now since floyd's gone, all those idiots should start calling each other.
