Vasiliy Lomachenko Opens Up On Teofimo Lopez Loss: "It’s About Being Bribed, There Was Nothing About Honest Judging" | BoxingInsider.com This little diva has become very unlikable.
He is distraught, because the supposed next level augmented cyborg of Boxing, that clowns Duran and Robinson at the same time, was actually beaten by simple, and effective, center ring generalship.
Yep... as was expected. I can’t stand when fighters make excuses and not admit defeat or give the winner ther deserves praise. Loma has no one to blame but himself for that ridiculous strategy of not doing much in the first half of the fight. All that flashy footwork goes out the window when faced with a fighter that doesn’t fold or is too smart to be circled like that.
Someone told me this from the ESB forums not too long ago and I couldn’t help but show this here. Really gives a new perspective of how Loma sees himself.
It's not even excuses that are the problem IMO. Top fighters always have an excuse or condition. It's this ridiculous bribing excuse specifically, and his attitude that he is too good to lose even after the fact. Will Loma actually come out and say who did the bribing, I wonder?
What's Particularly FUNNY About This is REED Fully Expects Loma to Move DOWN to 130, as Opposed to Petitioning for a RE... REED
I think he did say he wants a rematch, but Fimo's not granting him one, and Top Rank doesn't seem particularly interested in one either. "Like I said before," TR is now beyond Lopez-Loma. I think now, they're looking ahead to eventually Lopez-Taylor.

'Fimo Would Do it Again, But He's Going to Make it HARD On Loma Since They Initially Denied His Request for a Rematch Clause... "Loma Doesn't Do Rematch Clauses", Is What 'Fimo was Told... Yeah, Okay... REED
This is just as bad as the other Lopez (JuanMa) claiming the ref had gambling problems when he stopped the Salido fight
Wait, there's a "Glove gate" too?? Last I heard, it was "Costume gate." I guess two "gates" are better than one.
There's a glove gate, costume gate, (spiked) watergate, Mark Breland was working for team Fury gate, Gypsy Curse Gate... All gates except for "I'm an unskilled bum with nothing more than a right hand" gate.
While Duran and Robinson at the same time is an exaggeration, his fan boys on Eastside were legitimately saying he would beat Duran, Floyd, Chavez, Pac, and Whitaker. The reality is, nevermind beat, he wouldn't be much competitive with any of the five.
Not to brag, but I called it. Not Lopez beating him, I mean his atg status. That's not to say he's not excellent, he is. But he was hyped as a Mayweather/Jones generational type fighter. It's always been apparent, at least to me, that he's not remotely close to that.
That's only because his all-time status was so disproportionally overblown to begin with. If he had been rated properly according to his actual achievements, a loss like this wouldn't hurt all that much. Under normal circumstances, there wouldn't be much shame in getting outfought by a younger, bigger champion. But because so many "experts" hailed Loma as though he were the second coming of Ray Robinson, we're now left with all this fallout. I mean FFS, the guy already had one loss in 15 fights and his best wins were Gary Russell and Jorge Linares.
That's Loma's only saving grace. I don't like him, but I'll be always be grateful for him giving bitch ass Mister Gary a beating. Gary Russell has apparently retired and transitioned into a new career as an Instagram troll.
