Sorry, any routine I give you would be too David Leederesque even though it would enable you to knock down Windy City windbags with a single shot.

 c'mon buddy, that was me throwing some wood to the fire. Let me know if you have some nice routine, I'm doing some circuit training with my bro, and we added a heavy bag, some sparring, we got the mitts but need some nice combos in there.

There's plenty of combos you can do like the jab-jab-overhand right or jab-jab-overhand left. Hooking off the jab properly takes a lot of practice to get right. If you look up Ringside on youtube, they probably have lots of boxing drills. I'll dig into my training tapes tonight and let you know what I come up with as I haven't doen much boxing training lately.

I always liked the hook to the body, hook to the head combo that Tyson nailed people with...or the hook to the body, uppercut combo. Both of those rearranged a lot of bridgework.

This is great. It starts off pretty shit, but don't be put off, once they get in to integrating the drills it's really good stuff. That's really what you need to get in to with pad work - integrating defense and attack. Hell that's pretty much what boxing's about full stop.

    here's his other one...

    <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/oCMf3EM10d4&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/oCMf3EM10d4&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

    PS.
One tip that I've found really useful as well - record yourself shadow boxing and watch it back. You'll be able to correct so many things you're not aware of when you're doing them and introduce new technique with instant feedback. For instance I had this weird habit of pulling my right hand back AWAY from my face and with my elbow up after punching, almost like I had touched something hot. My coach would just yell 'keep that right hand up' or come over and physically put it back on my jaw but I had no idea exactly what was going wrong until I watched the tape. Weird things like that.

I'll check that shit a bit later, Haymaker. I'm off to sleep. In the meantime though, if you want a good mitt routine, have your mom tie a string to each one and thread it through your coat. After all, winter's almost here, cocksucker!

Man we don't get no winter here, what's wrong with ya? dad used to put socks on our fists as boxing gloves and watch us beat the living shit out of each other. We went through that hell already, now we take care of each other. Too much bloodshed in the past makes for some peace at the present lol
