Pacquiao is no surprise, it was only a matter of time.

Glad to see Nunn finally getting in.

Pazienza is the only one I disagree with since I don’t think he did enough to warrant an induction.

WTF Vinny Paz in the HOF!!!. That might be an even worse induction than Gatti. I guess that iconic Rosenblatt KO was all he needed to be considered a boxig great...

 

Nothing to do with Rosenblatt. I think it was the joy he brought to the world getting blasted out by Roy Jones which got him in.

Yet another year that I'm shocked Mel Taylor hasn't made it.

Taylor checks every box:

1. Star since an amateur.
2. Accomplished as a pro.
3. Exciting style.
4. Involved in one of the greatest fights ever.

I cannot understand why he isn't in yet. Paz in before Mel Taylor is disgraceful.

Agreed. Taylor was an Olympic gold medallist to boot.

I'd disagree big time with that. I think Nunn had a better career than Taylor, and I think Nunn was a better and more complete fighter than Taylor.

But Taylor definitely deserves to be in over someone like say.... Tim Bradley.

Bradley is NOT a Hall of Fame fighter.

Hatton got in too, and while you could argue Hatton had a better career than Taylor, Mel would have beaten the living shit outta Ricky.

Well, anyway the HOF is a (very unfunny) joke and has been one for more than a decade. So who cares at the end of the day (except for the fighters getting inducted)

 

Eubank wanted no parts of Nunn when they were in their primes, so maybe they didn't vote him in for fear that he wouldn't show up with Nunn there.
