I see quartey's peek-a-boo style giving manny some problems early, but he wouldn't stand manny's attack for long. Pacquiao TKO Quartey 11th round.

Theres a WORLD of differance between Cotto, and a prime Quartey. I'd pick the 95-97 Ike to give Manny a beatdown. Pac is by far the greater, and P4P better fighter, but at 147 Ike was a beast, and his jab n strength would be too much for Pac.

Quartey via mid round TKO. A jab is what you need to beat Manny and Ike's jab would find a home on his face.

mYTH 1 IKE WAS NEVER A BEAST? He never had a cleaR CUT victory over any of his name opponents and yes that includes Vernon Forrest. The guy had one of the best looking jabs I have ever seen.He was very limited otherwise. I wonder how many fights of Ike you have seen. He went life and death with Oba Carr.

I was a huge fan of his too, but he is very overrated. Pac would beat him with ease.

WTF? Have you ever seen that fight? Ike beat Carr going away! Carr won no more than 2 rounds!

I'm not even a Quartey fan... but he was leagues better than Cotto, and IMO would beat Manny up at 147. I dont see Manny being able to avoid Ike's jab, and I think that jab would throw off Manny's attack.

I enjoyed Quartey because of his unique jab, which was like a power punch when he threw it. But he was always a bit overrated. I think you need more than just a jab to beat Pacquiao. Juan Manuel Marquez (outside of the first Pac/Morales fight) is the one guy who has been really close to truly "handling" pac and he did it with a hell of a lot more than just a jab... he did it with superb counterpunching skills and smart defense and movement... Quartey never did any of that. Ike was the kind of guy that once he got hit a few times, he would stop moving his feet and his head and try to get you back, gtet revenge... it made for some good fights but it was foolish strategy, and if far slower guys like Jose Luis Lopez and Fernando Vargas could land on Ike, there is no doubt a speed demon lefty like Pac could and Pac hurts guys when he lands because he punches hard and more importantly, you dont see it coming

This is definitley a winnable fight for Pac-man
