Although Manny hasn't fought anyone as good defensively as Locche, i still have to favor him. Niccolino basically didn't have a right hand which is a big disadvantage against a southpaw. Especially one as fast and powerful as Pacquiao.
I would bank on Pacquiao to overcome Locche...eventually. What a competitive fight, though --- it's not really accurate to say either man has seen anything quite like the other. It's a tough night at the office for Pacquiao...maybe a tougher win than any he's had in his career to date. Pacquiao, close.
