wow i hope cotto annihilates this guy. i just remember that smug SOB before the Williams fight stating that Williams really doesnt even do anything that special and that he is not going to be that tough of a fight... only to go on and lose a clear decision. good job margarita, you finally had your chance in the spotlight to really prove you were legit....

 

It was a close decision by most accounts, and if by legit you mean 'number 1' well no he hasn't proven that yet, but he's undoubtably top 5 in the most talented division :nono:.

 

it was a close decision that he deserved to lose, if williams were as unspectacular as margarito so confidently and arrogantly claimed before the match then it shouldnt have been anywhere near as close.

you're right tho - the "legit" claim was too harsh - he is a top contender adn has proven as such, i just mean that he had a chance to put himself over the top and prove to everyone that he was as special as the hype of "most avoided fighter" had entailed.
