Starling has more skills but he’s not consistent round by round. Mosley pre-Forrest 1 did let his hands go consistently. I’d favor him via UD.
I know in my mind the Nunn fight was in a different weight class but if a fat Starling can almost beat a MW champion then theoretically he should have no problem with Mosley
Starling will make it a very interesting fight but I think Mosley's speed will be the difference. Shane lands the more eye catching shots and wins a close, disputed one.
Unlike the Wright fight (who I think him and Starling share a similar style defensively) Starling won't have the size advantage nor the jab to keep Mosley at bay. I suspect that Mosley edges this one based purely on his handspeed and his workrate while looking befuddled at times.
what's interesting is if you watch starling vs. breland II, it's clear that SRL borrowed starling's style in the hearns rematch.
