Marquez is too good for either Diaz. It is surgery... it is a replay of David Diaz against Pacquio. The lines are drawn... I don't know how people, especially Australian people who usually know better could even think Diuaz will touch Marquez without tasting lots of leather. Marquez could beat both Diaz' in the ring at the same time.... even though he specializes in dirty, crafty Cubans.

intriguing matchup indeed, as with Casa and JMM I wouldn't mind seeing either of them KO'ed, so I will watch with high hopes.

Diaz ud. Come on. AN Aussie bum nearly killed Cacapeor until his glass chin and club fighter skills ended his night. Then, Santa Cruz basically sodomized and to use the lexicon of the hour "shit in the mouth" of cacapeor only to have the judges shit in his eyes.

    Diaz would at work Marquez.

I would love to see it. Fantastic match-up.

Still, Marquez should fight Campbell first if that's possible.

I don't see anybody more skilled at 135 than JMM. The only guy I see with a threat is Campbell because he can box and has more pop.

JMM definately won't worry about Diaz's power. JMM by UD

GMM without a doubt. Campbell stands a better chance against Marquez, but he would get bashed too.

Now that Pacman has become a businessman and is fighting Oscar, Marquez is the man to beat at 135.

I actually think Gay Marquez could get another late stoppage with Diaz.

I'll take JMM by decision. Diaz's agressive style will provide a lot of countering opportunities for Marquez, and Juan and doesn't have the KO power to put JMM in a shell.

Agreed. I can't believe people are not only giving Diaz a chance but some even predicting a win for him. I missed the Kiatsidis performance but Diaz must have been phenomenal. I think people are putting too much stock in Diaz beating a guy who had just got KO'd by the guy JMM KO'd last night. While at the same time trying to pick apart JMM's win.

Look JMM didn't totally dominate but he did KO a guy who'd never been KO'd before while busting him up at the same time. On top of that I thought Casamayor looked sharp as I remember him being in a long time. JMM also didn't look like his normal patient self but seemed to be leading a lot more than normal and just looked more out of sync. I wondered if Casa's antics at the press conferences had gotten to him. Even still though, he won, and styles make fights, so I think that by looking at Diaz's attacking style against JMM's aggressive counter punching one that Diaz is going to get stopped again and this time it's going to be a career halting stoppage. His handler's must be cashing out with him.

once again you say Diaz's people wanna cash him out. you said that when he was gonna fight Katsidis.

maybe just maybe Diaz has proven he can compete with these guys? you ever consider that?

Not to long ago Diaz was the man to beat at 135. He fucking dominated Katsidis and looked better than he has before.

I would pick JMM to beat him but it won't be easy. Diaz is younger and busier. Even if he can't punch hard he is naturally bigger. So he wil likely take the punches better.

Not an easy fight for either guy.

You're right, I may be jumping the gun to say they're cashing him out. Maybe they do just believe in the guy. Dispite all that though I don't give him a prayer against JMM.
