Walcott could probably beat or at least make life difficult for more of the greats, but I think I like Schmeling on points here.
This is another controversial pick for you Ramonza. I don't see any way Schmeling could outpoint Walcott. None.
Seems the most unlikely of the 4 likely outcomes at this end too. Charles was just about the only man to decisively outscore prime Wallcott, and Schmelling ain't no Ezzard.
Schmeling has some useful tools for a tricky, speedy boxer like Walcott, however. A quality, consistent jab, a strong sense of timing, a smart analytical approach to his rivals, and enough punch to floor his man here if needed...Im not married to my prediction though, guys. I have a very healthy respect for Walcott.
Schmeling had a great counter right hand and he tended to bank everything on that... I just think Walcott is far too slick to fall into the trap, he'd make Schmeling lead
