I can imagine that it would be one hell of a shock. If the description is accurate I can understand his distress, given the contrast from what I imagine to be his normal training routine. (Not to mention his lifestyle)

Surely they wouldn't let inmates become malnourished though. Boxers have done time & been able to box again afterwards.

Anyway, maybe when he's released, acting "Gangster" won't seem so important to him.

800 calories a day is what I am on around about now to lose weight. I have plenty of fat to keep me alive. Floyds sedentary life style might be advantageous but he has no adipose tissue to keep himself going with.
