I think Taylor would dominate the fight with his speed and movement until such time as Tszyu lands one of his premeditated right-hands. At this stage, it becomes a matter of judgement as to whether you think Taylor can get back up and fight on, possibly multiple times, and fight his way to a decision win. Or if, alternatively, Tszyu's power, whether from one punch or by way of multiple knock-downs, eventually puts Taylor down for a final time. It's difficult to imagine, though, unless by way of multiple knock-downs throughout the fight that Taylor manages to get up from every time, Tszyu winning by decision. Likewise, it's difficult to imagine Taylor's stopping Tszyu.
