Its obviously most competitive at 140, but despite Taylor's brilliance pre-Chavez... Pea wins. The edge in speed that Taylor had on Pea wasnt as big as the edge in skills and brains that Pea had over Taylor. Difficult fight for Pea early, but as the rounds go by he figures out Taylor more and more. By the late rounds Whitaker would be quite clearly in control, and Taylor would never stop trying, but would be visibily lost in there. 147 & 154 arent even really worth mentioning.
