    MFC 5 'USA versus JAPAN'
    Saturday, November 5th, 2005
Taj Mahal Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City, NJ

As part of the upcoming MFC-5 'USA vs. Japan', the MFC will be donating some money to a worthy cause, the Passaic County Elks Club Cerebral Palsy Center' states matchmaker Miguel Iturrate. 'This center is a school committed to helping kids with various disabilities and special needs. One of our fighters, Joey 'Knockdown' Brown works with one of the kids, and we wanted to support his efforts. We didn’t want to collect money from a bunch of people, the MFC wanted to become involved and write a check directly. Other groups have become involved, like the AFC in Florida, our friends at BOUTREVIEW.COM and several of the fighters on the card have added to the collections, so on November 5th the will receive a donation from the MFC and the MMA community. IT is a good thing.'

Joey 'Knockdown' Brown fights Japanese star Hiroyuki Abe on November 5th's MFC 5 'Japan v USA' event, in one of the feature bouts of the evening.

The Passaic County Elks Club Cerebral Palsy Center website is at: http://www.passaiccountyelkscpc.org/main.htm
