I know of Loughran and his accomplishments. He was a very good boxer and was very good at keeping his distance against his opponents. The clips I've seen of him he was a fair bit taller than most of his opponents. According to Boxrec, Loughran stands at 5"11.5". How would Loughran do against Moorer, who stands at 6'2", is a southpaw and who had solid power at light-heavyweight? Would Loughran be able to outbox Moorer and avoid getting tagged too much and avoid being hit with a solid shot?
for the 20s, Tommy Loughran was a great boxer... but by the 40s he would have looked obsolete Moorer hammers him
